We built the first version of eMembership in 2008 to solve a problem we kept hearing from union leaders: their existing software was aging, inflexible, and built for a different era. Our goal was a modular, cloud-hosted platform that could handle the unique and often complex requirements of any union, and grow with it over time.

Today, eMembership covers the full range of union operations, from member records and dues billing to grievances, organizing, dispatch, communications, and member self-service. Everything lives in one integrated system, hosted and maintained by Winmill.
