Recent enhancements to
the eMembership platform

The two most recent eMembership releases included improvements across data management, address accuracy, eSignature outreach, security, and reporting. Here is a summary of what changed for local labor unions currently on the platform.
Address validation
Member addresses are now validated against USPS postal data when records are entered or updated. Administrators can also schedule periodic sweeps of the full member database to catch outdated addresses before they affect mailings or outreach.
eSignature improvements
eSignature events are more reliable, with expanded email configuration including open-rate tracking and multi-language support. Updated logging and reporting give administrators better visibility into outreach status across campaigns.
Flexible data import
The data import system now supports field keywords instead of fixed column positions, giving administrators more flexibility when mapping spreadsheet data. Import formats can also be updated mid-reconciliation, reducing rework when source files change.
Smarter outreach
Bulk email export gives administrators a reliable way to reach all members quickly, even when external email systems are unavailable. Built for time-sensitive moments like strike votes and urgent safety notices.

New dashboard controls let administrators define exactly which staff roles can view sensitive member information, giving locals tighter control over who sees what.
