Member Payments and Billing covers dues assessment, invoice generation, payment processing in batches, and delinquency management. Employer Payments and Billing handles employer-side remittance tracking and electronic upload processing. Both modules support checkoff and direct pay structures, complex rate configurations by employer or classification, and integration with online payment gateways.

Yes. eMembership includes dozens of out-of-the-box reports covering membership, dues, grievances, compliance, and more. The Reports and Queries module also includes a self-service report builder that staff can use to create their own reports without technical support. Winmill can also build fully custom reports on request, and all reports export to Excel.

Yes. eMembership integrates with QuickBooks and Great Plains for accounting, Mailchimp and SendGrid for email campaigns, Twilio and Azure Communication Services for SMS, and payment gateways including PayPal, Stripe, Converge, and Braintree for online dues collection. These are the most commonly requested integrations, but eMembership can integrate with virtually any third-party system. If your union uses a specific platform, ask during your intro call.
