Secure REST API
Our REST API provides real-time access to your member database. Customized during Discovery to meet your union's unique needs, it lets you integrate realtime member data into your website or other applications in order to check member status or employment or dues balance.
Bulk data pipelines
For scheduled, high-volume data transfers, eMembership supports secure file exchange and system-to-system integrations through technologies such as SFTP, Boomi, and Microsoft Azure services. Recurring imports are processed efficiently using saved import templates that automatically map and reconcile data from each source.
Reporting and exports
Answer ad hoc questions with a visual report builder, plus optional read-only SQL access for advanced users. Configurable CSV and Excel exports, including GL mapping, make it easy to share data and feed your accounting system on your schedule.

Does eMembership have an API?
Yes. Every union starts with a base set of eMembership APIs, all documented with Swagger. Because the platform is highly configurable, no two clients have the exact same API implementation. We can share sample APIs from other clients to illustrate the variations, and the final API your union receives is tailored to your specific implementation during the Discovery Project.
Can members log in and pay from our existing website?
Yes. REST APIs read and write to eMembership, so members can log in, view their balance and statements, and pay online from the website your union already runs. The presentation is customized for your site during Discovery.
How does the accounting integration work?
eMembership produces configurable CSV or Excel export files with GL mapping that load into your accounting system, and our team has built exports for systems like QuickBooks and Great Plains. The export format is scoped in Discovery to match your chart of accounts.
Can we move bulk data through our own data pipeline?
