Meeting and event setup
Create meetings with name, date, time, location, capacity, and access type (open to public or by invitation only). Each meeting can include a description, recap, and external URL for members to reference.
Email and text invitations
Send meeting announcements by email or text from within eMembership. Each message contains a personalized response link so members can RSVP with one click and their response is captured automatically in the participant record.
Targeted participant lists
Build participant lists from any eMembership query or roster. Invite an entire chapter, members at a specific work site, or any custom group defined by your membership data. No manual list maintenance required.
Attendance Mode for in-person check-in
On the day of the meeting, enable Attendance Mode to check members in as they arrive. The participation record captures both RSVP and actual attendance separately so you can see who responded versus who actually came.
Member App push notifications
For unions that include the optional eMembership Member App, meeting announcements can be sent as push notifications to members' phones. Members tap the notification to view details and submit their RSVP from their device.
Response tracking and reporting
The participant list shows each member's contact status, RSVP response, and attendance record. Export to CSV for reporting or follow up with non-respondents directly from the meeting screen. Results tie back to member activity records.

Each meeting has a configurable type, access setting (open to public or by invitation only), and participant list that can be tailored to the specific audience for that event.

Each message includes the meeting details and a personalized RSVP link that captures the member's response automatically when they click it. For unions that include the optional eMembership Member App, meeting announcements can also be delivered as push notifications to members' phones, with RSVP available from the notification.
