eMembership is priced as a subscription based on the modules your union uses, not on the number of staff users. There are no per-seat fees. Every authorized staff member at your union can access eMembership under the same subscription.
Implementation timelines vary based on the number of modules, the complexity of your union's data structure, and any custom configurations needed. Most implementations are completed within a few months. The process starts with a fixed-scope Discovery Project that documents your requirements and confirms scope, cost, and schedule before any implementation work begins.
No. eMembership was built from the ground up specifically for labor unions and has been in continuous development since 2008. It is not a generic membership platform adapted for union use. Every feature, module, and workflow reflects how labor unions actually operate, including union-specific dues structures, grievance lifecycles, dispatch systems, and employer relationship management.
eMembership is hosted in Winmill's own data center, which maintains SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS compliance. Winmill manages all server hardware, operating system patches, security monitoring, and nightly encrypted backups. Your union has no infrastructure to maintain.
